One clear price.
No separate high or low seasons, no per-person surcharge. One fixed nightly rate for the whole villa, whether you come with two or with six guests. The minimum stay is 5 nights.
For stays longer than 21 nights we have a discount available. Send us a quick message with your dates and we'll make you a tailored offer.
At check-in we take a photo of the water and electricity meter readings, and again at check-out. Usage and any damage are settled against the deposit; the remainder is refunded on the first of the month after departure.

Please note: water and electricity are very expensive on Curaçao. Don't leave the air conditioning running when you're out and go easy on the water.

Most flights arrive late in the day. If you like, we'll make sure a small grocery package is waiting for you on arrival, enough for the evening and the next morning. Send us your wishes via WhatsApp.
Payment and cancellation.
A brief summary. You'll receive the full conditions with your booking confirmation.
A down payment of 50% of the rental amount is charged when you reserve. The remaining balance is due no later than 70 days before arrival.
After the down payment you have a 48-hour cooling-off period during which you can cancel free of charge.
50% of the rental amount plus a €150 administration fee.
100% of the rental amount. No refunds are given in cases of force majeure (such as travel restrictions or flight bans). We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
The deposit is refunded on the first of the month after departure, after settling water and electricity usage and any damage.
